About Audkenny Supply

Audkenny Supply, trading as AudKen Farm, was established in 2015. The company operates an integrated farm-to-fork model that includes live bird production, Halal slaughtering, cold storage, processing, and distribution to institutional clients across Dar es Salaam and the Coast Region.

Legal Status: Audkenny Supply is a sole proprietor with BRELA Registration No. 490210 and TIN 107419667. The processing facility is located at Kibaha, while the cold storage is at Vikawe, Kibaha, Pwani, enroute to Bagamoyo.

Certifications: TMB License No. TMB/2021/892 & Halal Certificate No. HSC/044/2025.

Core Activities:

• Farming: Own poultry farm at Vikawe with 13,000 birds (expandable to 20,000), breeding Cobb 500 broilers.
• Out-grower Management: Contracts 5 external farms in Kibaha, Bagamoyo, Madale, Kyaraka, Pwani, and Kisarawe.
• Halal Slaughtering: TMB-registered slaughterhouse with hand-slaughter, scalding, defeathering, evisceration.
• Storage: 10 tons industrial cold storage (expanding to 40 tons) with dedicated delivery fleet.
• Sausage Production: Industrial filler, mincer, cutter, and vacuum sealer for value-added products.

Our Role in Tanzania's Livestock Sector: Audkenny Supply contributes to the Livestock Sector Development Programme (LSDP) by formalizing the poultry value chain, supporting smallholder farmers through contract farming, reducing post-harvest loss with cold chain infrastructure, and enhancing food safety with TMB and Halal certification. The business is led by Managing Director Grace Urassa, championing women's economic empowerment in agribusiness.
